A reflection of my process throughout the project. I try to learn something new with every project I take on as a way to keep growing.Chashmish:
When I first recieved the picturelock cut of the film, I could immediatnly see that it was a very maximalist project and the sound was needed to support that. I was very onboard to take on the challenge knowing it would be a hefty yet rewarding film.Eye-Exam scenes
otherworldly, childlike perspective where it feels larger than life and dramatized because of her fear. Many people including me can relate to the experience of going to an eye exam as a child and bracing ourselves for the inevitable puff!heavy winds strong enough to sweep you off your feetMonster scene:
My first time making creature sound effects for a monster. With the childlike imagination expanded into an immersive stage performance, I wanted to make the monster feel as real as it can be.using a blend of low rumble and roars and high pitched screeches and cries
